Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

How to Return

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
